I need this...
I have been looking forward to this weekend for a really, REALLY long time. For almost a year, I think. As soon as it's over I just start anticipating next year. I cannot wait to spend the next few days surrounded by women who have the same desires as me. The same beliefs. The same dreams.
There is POWER in this room. You can feel it! I always leave feeling optimistic about the future. Feeling hopeful that each one of these women will go home and love their children stronger, show more compassion to their neighbors, reach out to those in need. And it just feels good. Really, really good!
I'm looking forward to not having to worry about a backyard full of construction workers, dust flying everywhere, the constant sound of saws, early morning meetings with landscape guys, homework, carpools, soccer games, birthday parties, dance performances, etc. I'm looking forward to eating yummy food, listening to uplifting speakers, strengthening my testimony, spending time with my sisters, giggling with Amanda, shopping, getting a pedicure, "refilling my tank", which feels so empty these days.
Yay for Womens Conference!
PS If you see me there, come say hi! It always makes my day....like the lady I met in Dillards last week :)

Ugh, this is Tressa, not BJ. He must be signed into my account. LOL
It was a fun weekend! We needed like one more day though so we could have time to craft. Thanks for all the laughs, food, and awesome shopping. It was fabulous!!
It was so fun to see you! You look amazing as usual and like I told you, I come to your blog often to find the lift that I need. Woke up today feeling a little down and after reading your post about going to the NICU to take pictures, my day is feeling different. You made such an impact on my life in Dallas...you will never know how deep my gratitude for that runs. You continue to influence my life through your AMAZING example. Thanks for being you Holly! I love ya!
OH I DID see you in the Wilk!! I thought it was you and yes, I should have stopped you and said hello! The conference was amazing! Maybe next year I'll keep my eyes out for you! Happy Mother's Day!
