Sweet little Lil! What a precious little peanut! It was a little tricky getting her to stay asleep for me, but we got some great pictures....

I just think about my time with beautiful Daly and a big smile spreads across my face. Her parents absolutely ADORE her and spent the whole session just oooohhhhing and aaaahhhhing over her. It was the sweetest thing!

She was simply divine!

Her lips were absolutely amazing!!!

And then we headed outdoors to get some amazing shots....

Such a sweet, sweet baby with perfect skin and beautiful lips!

It was fun chatting with the dad about being a firefighter for the City of Mesa. My dad had the same job...and retired after many years of service.

I LOVE pictures of momma's with their brand new babies. Maybe it makes me sentimental about my own babies. I don't know. But there is something really beautiful about capturing a mother soaking in the sweetness of her brand new baby!

And after loads of sleepy, curly newborn shots, Mr. Nolan decided it was time to be awake. What a handsome, handsome little man!

Just popping on here, amidst boxes and taking care of three sick kids, to share a few pictures. Meet Miss Paige. What a squishy, perfect baby girl! She won my "super-pooper award" - not that I have one, but if I did...she would be the winner :)

Today I got to do a little baby-snugglin'.

Which is probably my favorite thing in the world! I got to do laundry while toting my little nephew around on my hip, listening to Chubs and his cousins squeal with delight, and I just felt super happy. Happy to be a mom. Happy to be an aunt. Happy to be a sister. Happy to be me.... even as crazy as life seems to be these days!

But now I've got to run. The kids will be home soon. Then it's scouts and homework and piano practicing and and and. What I really want to do is run to the house to see the finished wood floors, the stone that was put around the fireplace and the mantel that my dad, Brett, and I made, and see if the carpet has been started. But first I need to get all of that laundry put away!

I absolutely LOVED meeting Tenley and her mom and dad. As first time parents, they were SO layed back and easy to work with....they just let me do my thing! I LOVE that!

I could not get over her squishiness! She was like a rolly little ball to love on! Cute, cute, cute!
